We collect your TFN solely for the purpose of providing taxation services and lodging returns with the ATO on your behalf. Your TFN will never be disclosed to any unauthorised third party.

Your information is stored securely using encrypted cloud-based systems and is accessible only to authorised Keypoint Tax staff directly involved in your engagement.

We retain client records for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with ATO record-keeping requirements and our obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. After this period, records are securely destroyed.
